Terms of Service for A Team Rentals

By booking a stay with A Team Rentals, you (the "Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the "Serious Comfort" and safety of all our guests and the preservation of our curated homes.

1. Booking and Direct Payments

• Direct Booking Advantage: By booking through ateamrentals.com, Guests acknowledge they are receiving a direct rate and are subject to the specific cancellation policies outlined at checkout.

• Guesty Integration: All reservations are processed securely via our Guesty management engine.

2. Occupancy and "Basecamp" Rules

• Maximum Occupancy: Guests must strictly adhere to the occupancy limits for each property (e.g., BAM: 16, HoTeller: 22, Roller Coaster: 20). Exceeding these limits without prior written consent is grounds for immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least [Insert Age, e.g., 25] years old and must be present during the entire stay.

• No Unauthorized Parties: Our homes are designed for family gatherings and retreats; loud parties or disruptive events that disturb the local Colorado mountain peace are strictly prohibited.

3. Atmosphere & Amenities

• Feature Usage: Guests assume all liability for the use of "atmosphere-creating" amenities, including but not limited to hot tubs, fire pits, rooftop decks, and game rooms.

• Property Care: We provide pro-grade kitchens and luxury linens. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Liability and "A Team" Safety

• Hold Harmless: A Team Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or through the use of property amenities.

• Healing Power of Nature: While we believe in the healing powers of the Colorado mountains, Guests are responsible for their own safety while exploring local trails and terrain.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

• Guest Confirmation: Within your Guesty settings, you can often "require" guests to check a box agreeing to these terms before they can finalize their booking.
